Shipment

Shipping is at the recipient's risk. FINAL STUDIO GmbH is not responsible for delays or damage during transport.
FINAL STUDIO GmbH reserves the right to make partial deliveries.
If the product is returned by the customer, the shipping costs will be calculated retrospectively and deducted from the refund amount.
Deliveries within Switzerland
For deliveries within Switzerland we charge a shipping fee of 6.00 to 12.00CHF. All shipments are sent by Swiss Post Economy Service.

Shipments will be dispatched after successful payment.
Experience has shown that deliveries within Switzerland take 3-5 working days.

deliveries to EU countries

For deliveries to EU countries we charge a shipping fee of 25.- CHF. All shipments are sent with the Swiss Post Priority Service.
This means that every delivery has a tracking number, which allows our customer to monitor the delivery at any time.
Shipments will be dispatched after successful payment.
Experience has shown that deliveries to EU countries take around 10 working days with priority delivery. Customs duties, import sales tax, processing fees and shipping costs are not refunded when the goods are returned. If the delivery is delayed after several deliveries to all other countries/ Deliveries to all other destinations For deliveries to all other countries we charge a shipping fee of 39.- CHF. All international shipments are sent with Swiss Post Priority Service.
This means that every delivery has a tracking number, which allows our customer to monitor the delivery at any time. Shipments will be dispatched after successful payment.
Experience shows that worldwide deliveries take approximately 14 working days with priority delivery.
Customs duties, import sales taxes, processing fees and shipping costs will not be refunded when the goods are returned.
If delivery is not possible after several attempts, Making Things GmbH may withdraw from the purchase contract.

right of return

We ask our customers to check the ordered goods upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the delivery, please note the following:
We can only take back goods:
- which is not reduced
- which are returned within 14 days of receipt and after prior notification to hello@finally.design
- which were returned in the original packaging
- which show no signs of use
- whose labels have not been removed or damaged
All sales of discounted items (those displaying a discounted price) are final. No exchanges, credits or refunds will be offered for discounted items and the aforementioned terms and conditions do not apply.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the above conditions.

The customer is responsible for properly packaging the returned goods and must bear the costs of return, except in the cases mentioned in number 7 of the General Terms and Conditions. FINAL STUDIO GmbH checks all returned goods according to the aforementioned criteria. If these criteria are met, FINAL STUDIO GmbH will refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for payment. If shipping was free, the shipping costs will be calculated subsequently and deducted from the refund amount. Any losses due to exchange rate fluctuations are at the customer's expense.
