Shipping Terms

Shipping at the recipient's risk
All shipments are sent at the recipient’s risk. FINAL STUDIO GmbH assumes no liability for delays or damage during transit. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries.

Returns & Shipping Costs
If a product is returned by the customer, the original shipping costs will be retrospectively calculated and deducted from the refund amount.

Deliveries within Switzerland
  • Orders above CHF 50 qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders below this amount, a flat rate of CHF 6.00 applies.
  • Orders are dispatched after successful payment.
  • Based on experience, delivery within Switzerland takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Deliveries to EU Countries
  • Orders of CHF 100 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • For orders below this amount, a flat rate of CHF 25 applies.
  • All shipments are sent via Swiss Post Priority Service (no tracking number available).
  • Customs duties and import taxes are not included and must be covered by the recipient.
  • Orders are dispatched after successful payment.
  • Based on experience, delivery to EU countries takes approximately 10 business days with priority shipping.
  • Customs duties, import VAT, processing fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable in case of a return.

Currently, we only ship within the EU and do not offer international shipping outside of the EU.

Returns

We kindly ask our customers to check their order upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the delivery, please note the following return conditions:

We can only accept returns for items that:

  • are not discounted,
  • are returned within 14 days of receipt and after prior notification via email to hello@finally.design,
  • are returned in their original packaging,
  • show no signs of use,
  • have their original labels intact and undamaged.

Discounted items (items with a reduced price) are final sale – no exchanges, credits, or refunds will be offered. The above return conditions do not apply to discounted items.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions.

The customer is responsible for properly packaging the returned goods and covering the return shipping costs, unless the return falls under the exceptions outlined in Section 7 of our General Terms and Conditions.

All returned items will be inspected according to the above criteria. If these conditions are met, FINAL STUDIO GmbH will issue a refund via the original payment method. If shipping was free, the original shipping costs will be retrospectively deducted from the refund amount. Any exchange rate losses are at the customer’s expense.
